Here it is! A few hours of coding, and the FACTS application source code is now available.
It's a 24KB .tar.gz archive:

Features:
- Requires PHP5 and SQLite module
- You'll have to edit config.php to provide full path to your database file. This base must be created according to the schema available in the archive. If you don't know how to do it, just copy the facts.db file.
Annoying:
- The path set in the config.php MUST be writable for Apache user
- This same path config.php should be invisible to HTTP request (unlike the tarball file, where it's a subdirectory). It's a security issue, anyone could retrieve the database via a simple wget.
- The default design is inspired by LugRadio website design. You'll have to modify it as you like.
- There is no such thing as administration interface (it's "TODO"). If you want to moderate the facts, do it by hand.
- There is no control over the data submitted. welcome, fellow spammers.
Ahead:
- Admin interface.
- The Lugradian version (at 20:14 today) stores 194 "Facts".
- will soon filter the posts, according to a few criteria
- To be done, but later: vote (+/-) on a submission, to bury / thumb up the quotes. It might help moderators.
