LRL'07 - Le website

Well, it went pretty fast, the Lugradio Live 2007 website is online. If you are cutting off this ugly animated GIF hand showing the Call for Papers menu (and wonderfully hiding the "Register" option, well done, Aq, nice usability feature), it has already tons of information available for anyone interested.
You can watch the available hotels, but the squad hasn't chose its offical hotel yet).
There are already 3 known speakers, including Simon WIllison, that I'll meet again with much pleasure.

I haven't decided yet if I want to submit a talk or not. I know my talk was quite much appreciated last year, but I know too that I won't make the same talk - on the same topic.
First, it would only be a rerun of last year. Not very innovative. The talk went well because no-one was expecting the results, and this kind of talk was quite unexpected. The suprise effect was the key, now it's gone.
Secondly, it took me so much time and energy to get it finished that I don't want to waste my time doing that again. It was fun, yes, but I need something else to feel motivated.
In fact, I only have half of an idea of a talk, but it won't be as funny as the first one, and I still don't see it as a "valuable" talk. Might be interesting, may involve an audience participation, but I'm not satisfied yet.

Well... I'm open to suggestions. What do you want to see at LRL'07?

ahem. Hiding the register link was a usability feature, because it wasn't live at that point (and indeed it still isn't). We're trying to draw people's attention to the Call For Papers at the moment :-)
