For more than eight months, the ubuntu-fr community has grown more and more ; documentation (translations and genuine docs), support forums, mailing-lists, etc. Well. Now, the APINC hosting has reached its limit. And for the German community, it's exactely the same. The fact is, the French and German Ubuntu community are the two biggests Ubuntu LoCo.
So they need about 2000 EUR to buy a server where both "fr" and "de" websites will be hosted.
