Unexpensive plane tickets are rare
Jono hurried all this a bit, but that's a good thing. Now I got my plane and hotel booked for LRL.
Did I say it was a good thing? In fact, the plane tickets I was looking for raised from 300 to 340 EUR, within a few weeks time. Someone told me earlier: "the earlier the booking, the less expensive".
I'll have to keep it on a budget:
- Plane - 342 EUR
- Booking - 10 EUR
- Insurance (you never know) - 18 EUR
- tickets printing - 15 EUR (hey! it's fucking expensive!)
Takeoff Biarritz on friday 10:50, landing on Birmingham airport at 16:05. The return flight, will leave at 17:05 and lands in Biarritz at 22:50. Two small stops at Paris, transit between Roissy 2F and 2D terminals.
Cock... It's super-expensive.
For the Hotel, Jono managed to negociate with Barons Court Hotel, 25 GPB per night rooms. Will have to give a call to the "rosbif" hotel standard to book a room.[Edit: 17:31] I did IT!!! Well... I had to call UK six times to finally hear the phone ringing (the five other times it was voicemail), and I booked my room. YEAH !!!!!
Then, more expenses expected:
- beer
- food
- beer
- paintball (15 GBP)
- beer
- LRL ticket (3 GBP, I got a concession)
- beer
